Payment Policies


Payment Modes

As of now, there are only 2 Payment modes available through which you can pay for your order: 1) Online Payment; and 2) COD (Cash on Delivery). The Online Payment facility is available for all cities available in the city option in delivery address. While, the COD option is available to only limited number of cities. Therefore, the Payment Option (COD and Online) will automatically be reflected in checkout page based on the city that is selected for delivery.

Online Payment Mode

a) Credit Cards - Master Card, Visa, Diners

b) Debit Cards - Master Card, Visa, Maestro and RuPay

c) NetBanking/Direct Debit payments - A full list of banks for NetBanking option is available at the time of checkout and prior for making payment for purchases.

e) Payment by Credit/Debit Card – While making payment on the website you will be asked for 16 digits number & also 3-digit CVV number, expiry date of the Credit/Debit Card for security purpose. 

f) UPI and Paytm payment options are also available.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Payment Mode

COD (Cash on Delivery) - Kindly note only Government authorized valid currency in use will be accepted. And the COD option for payment is available to selected cities only. Only Cash will be accepted at the time of delivery if COD option is selected at the time of checkout for the order.
The maximum order value for COD option is ₹50,000.

Orgenik.com understands that privacy is most important and it needs to be secured. Therefore, we provide 100% Secure Payment modes. All Online Payment options are processed over secure encrypted connection. 

Hidden Charges

There are absolutely NO hidden charges when you order on our platform. The total amount you see on the checkout page is exactly what you pay. 

Payment Failures

If the user is facing the issue of Payment Failure, then the user must check and confirm the payment information that is provided such as CVV, Debit/Credit Card number and its expiry date, Password (Net banking), UPI address, etc.

In case where user’s money has been debited from the account and still there is payment failure, then it is nothing to worry as the money will be rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. The users can send their issues in detail regarding payment failures to us on help@orgenik.com.

In case of payment failure, it might be possible that the issue can be with a particular Online Payment Option due to some internal issue. In such case, we request users to retry by using different Online Payment Option or can go with COD option. 


Shipping Policies


a) We take the responsibility of shipping the product to the address mentioned at the time of making the purchase. We take no responsibility of the product received by any other person than the one who has ordered the same.

b) In case of wrong delivery/shipping address, the delivery handling and/or Shipping Charges will be beared by the user only and if the payment mode is Online, then the order amount (excluding the delivery handling or/and shipping charges) will be refunded to the bank account of the user, and if the payment mode is COD, then the charges will be collected in cash. In case of non-payment of above-mentioned delivery handling or/and shipping charges, it might result into serious consequences like a permanent ban of user’s orgenik account.

c) If the premises are locked and no person is available to accept the order on the delivery/shipping address, then the delivery person will contact the user/customer and would conduct the delivery on the next day. In this case, no additional delivery handling or shipping charges will be charged to the user.

d) If the order is rejected by the user, then the user will compulsorily have to bear the delivery handling or/and shipping charges and if the payment mode is Online, then the order amount (excluding the delivery handling or/and shipping charges) will be refunded to the bank account of the user, and if the payment mode is COD, then the charges will be collected in cash. In case of non-payment of above-mentioned delivery handling or/and shipping charges, it might result into serious consequences like a permanent ban of user’s orgenik account. 

e) The products will be delivered as per the city mentioned on the website & pin code if available while selecting the address.

f) In case of any unavoidable circumstances like National Bandh, flood, heavy rains or festival rally, we reserve all rights to reschedule the delivery for another day/date. Please note, due to ongoing pandemic, delivery of your orders might be delayed.

g) In case of the product not delivered due to any reason, we will inform you about the same. 

h) Shipping rates may differ as per the product & shipping address. The shipping charges are given at the time of checkout before placing the final order and later can be seen in the Invoice that will be provided to you via mail and under Order History, after the order is placed.

i) We shall not be responsible for any damage or loss of the product after delivery.

j) You need to sign a copy of the goods received & give it to the delivery person.

k) Normal routine delivery – within 5-10 working days.
