The terms "We" / "Us" / "Our" / ”Company” individually and collectively refer to Orgenik.com and the terms "Visitor" / "User" / "You" refer to the users and terms “Items” “Product (s)” refer to the products.
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved right after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, customers have the liberty to cancel their order or services and request a refund from us. Our policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.
For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to request for return within 7 calendar days from the delivery of that item. If 7 days have passed from the date of delivery, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
1 - Once the products are delivered to the address given by customer as per the original order and there is no damage, then there is no refund or exchange possible.
2 - To return any product that is damaged or not as per the order, you need to go to > “My Account” > “Report an Issue” > “Create a Ticket”, and can send us request for return/refund/exchange. You can also apply for a return/refund/exchange or contact customer service through our Toll Free Number or can send an email on email@example.com
3 - You must have the original invoice copy of the order, product(s) should be properly packed in the same packaging of Orgenik & sealed properly in order to request for a return/refund/exchange.
4 – Postal & Shipping charges of returned products will not be refundable.
5 - Orgenik will not accept any used items, in case of return/refund/exchange of items.
6 - Your refund request will be processed in maximum 10 working days after your product(s) have returned, and kindly please give us the time to get back to you for the same. Our customer support team will be in touch with you regarding the progress of the request. The amount will be refunded in the same bank from where the transaction was being done and if the transaction is made by cash on delivery, the user can provide us their bank details.
7 - Refund is only available on selected items, as in the transit of receiving the food back, the product might get stale or rotten.
8 - Refund request is only accepted through a valid request (under My Account > Report an Issue > Create a Ticket) with the product’s picture OR through a telephonic conversation between our customer care officer & the person who has ordered the product OR by sending a mail on firstname.lastname@example.org

1 - You cannot exchange or claim to exchange any product with a lesser value of the product ordered earlier.
2 - Exchange would take place of the same product only based on some parameters: Name, Size, Quantity, Brand and Price. For example: 1kg of XYZ Rice will only be exchanged against 1kg of XYZ Rice of same brand.
3 - Exchange is only possible when your ordered food is received in poor condition or damaged, which you have to send the pic of the product when received.
1 - After placing an order, in case you want to cancel your order, you can easily do so until it has not been shipped and is in our warehouse. Any amount (till the above process) already paid by you will be refunded back. You can contact our customer support to help you with this process as swiftly as possible.
2 - In case you cancel the order after the product is shipped then you have to bear the shipping charges.
3 – In case you cancel the order and the amount is not paid or the payment mode is COD, and the shipping has been done in your city, then you may be charged with some amount.
