These rice are considered ‘tricky’ to grow due to the relative low yields when compared to the other rice varieties.
Sourced from Manipur, JustOrganik organic rice are medium grain, non- glutinous rice with a deep purple hue and a nutty slightly flavor.
Black rice have high levels of Anthocyanin (more than red rice), which give them the characteristic color and are revered as an extremely healthy food.
